BeekeeperAI is a zero-trust clean room platform connecting data stewards and algorithm owners to advance clinical algorithm development. I designed the original V0 and V1 experience at Launch Consulting in 2021-2022 as part of a 3-person team, eventually leading the V1 build as Lead UX Designer (full case study here). What shipped at the time only ever existed as low and mid-fidelity wireframes.

This build takes those wireframes the rest of the way. Using Claude Code and MUI, I rebuilt both the data steward and algorithm owner workspaces at full fidelity, with real interaction states and component behavior instead of static screens. It's a test of how far AI-assisted tooling can close the gap between a wireframe and a working product, and how much of that gap closes faster when the designer is the one driving the build.
