Private Marketplace is AWS Marketplace's governance feature, letting organization administrators build customized, pre-approved product catalogs for their users. I led the full redesign and console migration at AWS between March 2024 and June 2025, as the sole in-house designer across three concurrent ICMP x Marketplace initiatives, taking what was scoped as a straightforward reskin and discovering it was 2-3x that in actual size (full case study here). What shipped was built from wireframes, carried through 5+ rounds of internal design review.

This build pushes those wireframes to full fidelity, matched as closely as possible to true AWS Cloudscape standards, using Claude Code. It's a test of the same question as the BeekeeperAI build, how much of the distance between a wireframe and a shippable product AI-assisted tooling can close, but against a far more complex, multi-part system this time.
